Technical Tours

Post-meeting technical tours will be given on Thursday (9/16/04), 1:30 PM, leaving from the Monona Terrace Convention Center, of the major University of Wisconsin plasma physics and shock physics experiments:

  • HSX, the Helical Stellarator Experiment
  • MST, the Madison Symmetric Torus reversed-field pinch
  • Pegasus spherical torus experiment
  • Wisconsin Inertial Electrostatic Confinement Experiment
  • Wisconsin Shock Tube Experiment
