Spouses and GuestsSpouse/Guest registration includes one ticket to the Welcome Reception and one ticket to the Banquet. A continental breakfast will be served on Tuesday, September 14, 2004 at 8 AM. Spouse/guest registration is required for admittance to the hospitality breakfast. In addition, spouse/guest tours are scheduled. Registration for the tours is separate from the spouse/guest meeting registration. Three official tours will be offered: (1) Tuesday morning – a walking tour of the "State Street" historical district near the conference center (2) Tuesday afternoon – a walking tour of Madison's Elvehjem Art Museum (3) Wednesday – a tour to the House on the Rock, a unique building and museum about 45 miles from Madison. This tour will either be self-driven or, if sufficient interest exists, will be by hired bus.
