Code Development
Extensive computer code development has been a major strength of the Fusion Technology Institute since its inception. Modeling of complex physical processes is essential for verification, understanding and prediction of experimental results. Code development is on-going for neutron irradiation-induced activation, radiative properties of high energy density plasmas, and simulation of lithium-water/air interactions.
