If lunar mining for helium is undertaken, the other maria and portions of maria indicated by reflectance mapping to be covered by regoliths relatively high in TiO will ultimately command attention. The first step should be to calibrate reflectance ratio maps against the spectral ratios of actual samples taken from various regoliths.
